Dillon Bernard (he/him) is a digital strategist and content producer who uses storytelling as a tool for transformative change. Dillon supports purpose-driven organizations on audience engagement strategy, creative direction, digital-first content strategy, and digital organizing.

Dillon is the Founder and Principal of DB Content, a content strategy and production studio focused on engaging young and multicultural audiences. Dillon has recently consulted and advised various social justice organizations, including March On, Future Coalition, Power Shift Network, The Forum for Youth Investment, and Youth Jobs Connect.

Dillon is the Founder and Senior Advisor of Content By Us, an awareness campaign created to empower young storytellers of color, and Youth Action Hour, a campaign producing short-form content focused on amplifying the power of young leaders across the country in collaboration with over 30 youth-focused organizations.

Dillon is a fall 2020 grantee of The National Geographic Society’s Young Explorers program and a 2021 grantee of We Are Family Foundation’s Youth To The Front Fund.

Dillon was the Director of Communications at Future Coalition, a national network of youth-led organizations and youth organizers. He mobilized the Future Coalition’s network of young people and adult allies by executing the digital content strategy across the nonprofit’s associated campaigns, including the historic September 2019 US Climate Strikes, Earth Day Live, #VoteWithUs early vote mobilizations, Vote Safe 2020 Live, and Revolutionize the Vote.

Dillon was the Youth Engagement Strategist at SparkAction, a youth-centered advocacy platform managed by The Forum for Youth Investment. He developed and maintained relationships with youth-serving partners, produced social media content for SparkAction and its partners, and crafted digital-first strategies to engage young people and adult allies.

Dillon is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism + Design at The New School. He is based in New York City.
